Description
We choose naturally low acidic coffees (Brazil, Sumatra, and Monsoon Malabar) and add a little bit of a dark roast (also low in acidity) to prevent bitterness in the concentrated flavor of espresso.
Coffee is priced and sold in one pound (16oz.) bags.
