At our stores, each sandwich is its own beast. Some folks lettuce on the bottom, some folks lettuce on the top! Thanks for sharing your ideas!

Just wondering if there was any method to the way you made your sandwich? It seems to me like the flat stuff (tomatoes and lettuce) should be on the bottom of the bagel. But what do I know?!
