Healthy and fresh! Quite a spring-time meal!

One of our most loyal customers and awesome food blogger to boot – RoseyRebecca shared this great idea for a fresh veggie sandwich on her blog last week. A toasted undried-tomato bagel with hummus, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, and cucumbers was her sandwich creation for the day. It sounds perfect for a spring day, don’t you think?

We noticed this Tweet come down the information superhighway from Kristin Campbell (@kcampbell) on Monday. We were happy to hear that she discovered one of our favorite bagel/cream cheese combinations -> Jalapeño Bagel with Bacon Scallion cream cheese!
