Monsooned Malabar

Grown in the mountainous southern regions of Mysore Coorg, India at elevations between 3000 and 6000 feet. The dried beans are cured then stored in warehouses till the onset of the monsoon season. The beans are exposed to moisture laden winds in well-ventilated warehouses for 12 to 16 weeks. This process and lower growing elevation yields a coffee with very low acidity.
